2. Services

Innovation Booking provides the following services:

• Representation of artists for events and festivals
• Coordination between artists and promoters, including logistics and contracts
• Support for marketing and visibility (e.g., social media, press materials)
• Advice and recommendations to promoters and artists

Obligations of Innovation Booking:

• Professional communication with artists and promoters
• Ensuring placements match musical and cultural fit
• Fair representation of all artists on the roster

Obligations of artists:

• Provide accurate personal and professional information
• Fulfill agreed arrangements professionally
• Social media or content contributions where agreed

Obligations of promoters and collaborators:

• Provide accurate event or collaboration details
• Respect agreed conditions with artists
• Timely and correct communication

Cancellations / Modifications:

• Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the event or agreed activity
• Fees may apply for late cancellations or modifications
• Innovation Booking reserves the right to adjust services if changes occur

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees for services are agreed per arrangement and communicated before confirmation
• Payment terms: Invoices are paid by bank transfer before the due date shown on the invoice, quoting the invoice number as the payment reference. Payments must be cleared in Innovation Booking’s account in EUR, with no tax, levy or withholding deducted. Late payment may also incur statutory commercial interest plus reasonable collection costs
• Late payments may result in delayed services or additional charges
• Currency: € (Euro)
• International payments: € (Euro)

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including text, images, videos, and music clips, is owned by Innovation Booking or respective artists
• Artists grant Innovation Booking the right to use promotional materials for representation and marketing
• Promoters or collaborators may only use event-related content for their own promotion, with proper credit if required
• Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited

5. Liability

• Innovation Booking is not liable for damages caused by artists, promoters, or unforeseen circumstances
• Maximum liability: Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Innovation Booking’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services
• Force majeure: Innovation Booking is not responsible for events beyond its control (weather, political situations, travel restrictions, etc.)

6. Data and Privacy

• Personal data collected: names, emails, phone numbers, organization info, and communication details
• Use of data: only to manage representation, collaborations, administrative purposes, and general inquiries
• Retention: 6 - 12 months depending on type of data
• Protection: data stored securely, GDPR compliant

7. Behavior and Responsibilities

Artists:

• Must act professionally during events and collaborations
• Must follow agreed-upon requirements
• Responsible for their own social media/content contributions if agreed

Promoters / Collaborators:

• Must provide accurate information
• Must communicate in a timely and professional manner
• Responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate event/collaboration environment

Consequences:

• Non-compliance may result in discontinuation of collaboration or removal from representation

8. Website Use

• Users must use the website legally and respectfully
• No copying or redistribution of content without permission
• Innovation Booking is not responsible for external links or embedded media
• Use of cookies, tracking, and analytics is governed by our Cookie Policy
